The individual claimed I would get paid to advertise a product. $400 per week for stickers on my vehicle. Did not ask for signature or have a contractual agreement available. A few days later a check with a rather large amount from a credible business arrived. No stickers no agreement. “Eddy Meeks” then texted and told me to cash the check and more info would follow.The check has another persons name on it and was sent from nova raton. I never cashed it. I contacted the business and they knew nothing of the check. I informed Mr Meeks that the check never arrived. He texted the following 4 days until I told him I had cashed it at a convenience store. He then stopped contacting me.
